What if you could begin each day knowing the moments ahead are full of joy and miracles? Every day, in every moment, you choose how you speak to yourself. When you decide that life is full of incredible adventures, peace, joy, <insert your ideal pastimes in life>, that is what you receive. Synchronicities are all around you if you are awake and aware.
Today I’m sharing a daily morning practice that tunes my awareness into the greatest possibilities.
It is simple and it works.
Method
Each morning as I begin to wake up and before I open my eyes (just after coming up from the hypnopompic state), I repeat over and over again in the back of my mind, “Isn’t it wonderful? Something amazing is happening for me right now! Isn’t it incredible? Miracles are always happening in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.” I often play with the wording and keep it natural. Only you need to believe the phrases you are saying within, so have fun with it and feel into the words you are saying and the images you are creating in your mind’s eye. Including gratitude at the end of the phrasing is important as we most often give thanks when something is already done.
Repeat this phrase or one that feels natural to you over and over again, creating a loop of joyful thoughts associated with miracles happening in you life. This will be different for each of us. Get clear and enjoy the process, involve all of your senses. Does an image come alive, what do you smell, hear, taste, feel, etc.?
Continue repeating this phrase until you catch the feeling that miracles are happening right now. This may be a few minutes or feel open to continuing if you are really enjoying your creation.
For you, this may be a sense of excitement to get your day started, maybe it’s just a calm reverie that makes the day ahead feel like it has the potential to be the best day of your life. Or, maybe it is something very specific and related to the day ahead — a presentation you’re delivering, showing up as a calm and loving parent to your child(ren), an important appointment, a project you are working on, etc. Use this time as an opportunity to rehearse your day and wire your subconscious with a direct line to the highest possible outcome.
However you choose to approach this is up to you; most importantly, make it your own. Remember, change the wording if the phrases mentioned do not feel natural to you, let it be real for you.
Once the feeling is genuine and in the present moment, gently let go of the phrases and open your eyes. As you move on with your morning and move about your day, be aware and take inspired action. Follow the breadcrumbs and the actions you take will feel effortless as things often do when we are present and enjoying life.
A quick recap:
- AM Ritual
- Coming out of hypnopompic state (just coming up out of sleep)
- Repeat on loop: “Isn’t it wonderful? Something amazing is happening for me right now! Isn’t it incredible? Miracles are always happening in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
- As you repeat, get involved and feel the realness of your miracles in the present. Connect head + heart.
- Make it your own and be clear if you have something specific you are doing that day.
- Use your imagination and visualization skills.
- Keep going until you are so completely swept up by the feeling that you feel a shift in your internal state. You might even find yourself smiling or laughing or just feeling very calm and content.
- When you are ready, open your eyes and begin your day.
- Very important: As you go about your day, stay aware and be the observer. As you stay aware, you may begin to notice signs all around you. It is up to you to follow the breadcrumbs.
This is a beautiful way to begin the day. To be full of gratitude and know that miracles are happening for you and all around you — it just takes tuning our awareness into the frequency of miracles to see what is already there waiting for us.
Important Reminder
You are so powerful — and you are so much more than you realize. Make your day so amazing you can’t wait to see what’s around the corner.
Many thanks to Neville Goddard for this teaching.
